Logicot / Team AI workspace

Your team’s AI workspace.
Built around your process.

We design a shared AI workspace for multilingual teams: approved knowledge, role-specific skills and clear data-processing rules. Localise the working process without creating separate versions of the facts.

01 / Business task

One process.
Clear across languages.

01

Different languages, different answers

Keep each localised answer tied to the same approved record and version.

02

Access depends on the chat

Apply role permissions before retrieving information, regardless of the language used.

03

Handover is unclear

Agree documentation, operating language, hosting and support for the actual team.

02 / Actions and evidence

One task.
The same facts in each language.

Compare an approved task view with an outdated translation and an unresolved date. A localised answer should preserve the source version and flag uncertainty.

03 / Project scope

A workspace shaped
around your team.

Start with one process. We agree the sources, capabilities, permissions and first-stage deliverable around your task.

01

Shared records

One task identity, owner, source and version across language views.

02

Multilingual skills

Procedures that preserve terms, conditions, uncertainty and source references.

03

Role permissions

Approved knowledge and tools for each employee role.

04

Processing choices

Agree model providers, hosting and permitted data routes for the project.

05

Language review

Test whether dates, obligations and limitations retain their meaning.

06

Team handover

Agreed instructions, configuration and practice in the team’s working language.

04 / Foundation and development

Your process sets
the automation standard.

We work with your existing software, rules and team knowledge. We select a foundation and add the AI-agent skills, tools and workflows you need.

Company workflows and knowledge

Logicot Portal

A platform for processes, knowledge, documents, management accounting and AI/CRM development.

Logicot Assistant

An application and browser extension for employee tasks. Scope, connections and available features are agreed for the project.

Your business applications

Logicot OS

A possible foundation for company data and applications. We verify the required modules before including them in a project.

Three independent Logicot products. We select suitable components; data exchange and connections to your systems are designed separately. Services are also available without Logicot products.

05 / Knowledge, skills and tools

Your procedures.
Repeatable agent skills.

A skill defines how to retrieve the current record, preserve its meaning and prepare an answer for review. Translation does not change permissions or approve a new action.

Knowledge: Approved terminology, team documents and current task records.

Skills: Retrieve, compare, translate and prepare a result with traceable sources.

Tools: Available APIs, MCP connections and adapters, assessed for each project.

06 / First stage

Start with one
shared workflow.

Localise one accepted workflow for one team, with approved terminology and a small test set.

We agree a specific deliverable and test a normal request, missing information and changed conditions.

Denis Petrushin · LogicotBusiness automation, systems development and applied AI.

Proposed first-stage scope

From a task to a verifiable result

  1. Select one workflow and its approved reference records.
  2. Agree roles, terminology, data routes and acceptance criteria.
  3. Test changed versions, missing information and language equivalence.
  4. Hand over the agreed configuration, instructions and test examples.

07 / Independent services

We contribute where
you need our expertise.

Choose an individual service or ongoing joint development. A paid consultation is not a prerequisite for development.

01

Development and integrations

Build a missing module, connect systems and introduce an AI agent into a workflow.

02

Solution design

Review the task, sources and constraints; prepare architecture and a specification.

03

AI-agent configuration

Knowledge, skills, tools, roles and evaluation cases for company tasks.

04

Team training

Practice on work tasks, written instructions and independent result review.

05

Development and support

Add features and connections with Logicot or your own team, under an agreed handover scope.

06

Consultations

A standalone discussion of automation, AI, system selection and ways of working.

08 / Your system evolves

Keep your knowledge.
Develop your tools.

Knowledge, instructions and automation are built around your tasks. When software changes, we assess what can be retained and which connections need updating.

A defined handover

Documents, configurations, skills and custom source code within the agreed scope. Rights and third-party licences are recorded separately.

Choice of models

Your own connections to available models, with local or agreed cloud deployment. Subscription use depends on provider terms.

Development with AI agents

Your team or Logicot can use AI development tools to add features. Changes are tested before entering production workflows.

A meeting can cover several questions: automation, AI, teamwork and system selection. After payment, we recommend sending questions in advance so we can prepare.

Consultation is a standalone service. Discovery, roadmap, specification, development and training are scoped and charged separately.

09 / Before we start

Questions that matter.

Is this a separate SaaS subscription?

This is a Logicot development and configuration offering. Product components, licences, hosting and support are agreed for the project.

Is the service available on identical terms everywhere?

No blanket international availability is claimed. Language, payment, provider access, hosting and support conditions are confirmed for the specific project.

Can we keep our existing applications?

Yes, where the available integration and permissions support the workflow. API and MCP connections are assessed individually.

Do we need to buy a consultation first?

No. Development, integrations, training and consultations are independent services. You can approach us with an existing specification.
